As Sales Manager you are responsible for:

  • Increasing and optimizing existing business;
  • Enhancing customer loyalty and customer satisfaction;
  • Identifying opportunities to expand the business and actively prospect the market;
  • Developing long term relationships to create a sustainable, profitable and recurrent business together with the sales team;
  • Participating in contract negotiations;
  • Actively participating in the organization of events, customer get-togethers, fairs and seminars.



  • Track record of at least 10 year experience in the transport industry;
  • You are a charismatic people manager who is able motivate and inspire;
  • You are a good listener and communicator who can build sustainable relationships;
  • You are pro-active and you take initiative;
  • You are result driven and you dare to take decisions;
  • You are analytical but hands-on at the same time;
  • You have strong presentation and negotiation skills;
  • You have a positive mindset and a diplomatic approach;
  • Excellent speaking & writing skills in Dutch & English and French and German in addition.
